The COROS app is your tool to help improve your fitness, download training plans, navigate with confidence, customize your devices, and more. The app will help you to track, and view:
- Daily Data such as Sleep, Steps, Calories and more
- Activity Summaries for all sports recorded on your watch
- The Explore Page to manage maps, routes, and saved locations
- Profile Page to customize your watch and personal settings
- Connect and sync to 3rd party apps like Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, Strava, and more

- Sync steps, heart rate and other data to Apple devices using HealthKit
- Continuous background use of GPS can decrease battery life

Great app
Great app. Useful features and well designed. I especially like the option to create routes for my watch. Would be nice the app could add elevation information to imported GPX files without elevation data present

Works fast with the smartphone. I inkt hope they add the Dutch language at some point.
Great app
Looks good, all information displayed compactly, works well. All in all a great app. Minor issues: no Ridewithgps integration, the komoot integration can be sluggish, and the built in route planning is kinda useless. But since planning with komoot works ok if slow, I can do without the coros route planning.
So all in all: 5 stars.
And personally I’m not keen on the app icon.
Update after about six month of use: I subtracted a star for the lazy stats that the app offers. The recovery stat is the worst offender. It seems to be a countdown from the last activity - irrespective of previous activities or sleep and rest quality. After a week of nearly overtraining, it claims I am recovered after a day.
