Okay, you win
Removing the app from my phone.
Doesn’t appear to support English, or any other languages. Whilst attempting to register UK, England or Great Britain (or United States) are included on the mobile phone list of countries.
Registration threw an error, which I can’t read because it’s in German.
I get it, the rail and tram network is not for use by tourists.
English version is so bad, it’s unusable
Good luck to you when using the English version of the app. Absolutely unusable. Can somebody please do your international users a favour and spend a couple of hundred euros on a decent translator. The current app is an embarrassment.
Adding payment method doesn’t work
Tried to resolve this with customer service but they gave up and suggested I contact a third party.
